Privacy Notice

Trading Analyst is a private, invite-only investment dashboard. This notice explains what information it handles.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and optional username, which an admin or you provide.
• Access requests: the name and email you enter on the sign-up page, which is emailed to the administrators.
• Sign-in data: short-lived one-time codes (stored only as a hash), your last sign-in time, and your IP address for rate limiting.
• Your content and settings: preferences, notes, tags, imported trading records and other data you add to the dashboard.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in (12 hours, or 30 days if you choose "Keep me signed in"). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To let you sign in, run the dashboard, send sign-in codes and invitations, and respond to access requests. We do not sell your information.

Third-party services

The dashboard uses an email service to send messages, and may send non-personal market data requests (for example quotes) or text you submit for summarising to external providers such as market-data and AI services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Retention and your choices

Data is kept while your account exists. To correct or delete your information, or to remove your account, contact us.
