Private access

Trading Analyst is invite-only. Access is granted at the administrators' discretion and may be changed or removed at any time. Keep your sign-in codes private and do not share your account.

Not investment advice

The dashboard summarises news, ideas and market data for information only. It is not investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its limits.
• Do not copy or redistribute third-party newsletter content shown in the dashboard.
• Only upload data you have the right to use.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Trading Analyst is not liable for losses arising from its use or unavailability.

Changes
